MICS is a certified Jobs Coordinator. As a pre-qualified Jobs Coordinator, MICS helps clients fulfill targeted-worker hiring goals by working closely with community-based organizations to connect employment opportunities among pre-Apprentice workers, contractors and unions. MICS partners and coordinates with unions leadership, Dispatchers and contractors to facilitate a referral process and placements of targeted skilled workers. We adeptly understand the complexities of the apprenticeship, referral process, skilled and trained workforce statutes and can mitigate incomplete steps to ensure there are no mistakes.
